My name is Arlene and welcome to my web site
where you will see sample styles of the
cotton-quilted bags that I make.  
I have made everything that is shown on my site.  
Nothing is mass produced or made by anyone other than myself.
I have sewn for what seems like forever.  The main reason I love to sew is
I like knowing I won't "be running into myself" every time I go out.   
I love creating outfits I won't see on anyone else.   
The same thing applies to my bags & hopefully yours!  
Don't feel locked in to the fabric & bag style combos you'll see on my site.  
Get exactly what you want.
All of my bags can be machine washed and dried.
I guarantee all my work.

My bags are named after family, friends and 5 very special dogs.
Some day I might even name a bag after my husband John
who has been an incredible supporter of all my efforts, crazy or otherwise.

In addition to making bags, I also do customized embroidery.
